NSW Opposition Leader Barry O’Farrell today detailed a practical plan to ensure the right infrastructure decisions were made for communities and businesses in NSW and that major projects were delivered on time and on budget.

“As the $5.3 billion Rozelle Metro fiasco had demonstrated, Labor always gets it the wrong way around by failing to properly plan, manage and deliver projects,’ Mr O’Farrell said.
